Headline: School Teacher Dies, Rites Held at Summerville
Mrs. Mary Ella Price Driver, 72, of Jena died at 3:45 am Sunday at Jena Hospital. Mrs. Driver was a retired school teacher. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock in Jena, with the Revs. V. T. Bradford and Lawrence Poole officiating. Burial was in Summerville Cemetery with arrangements by Hixson Brothers, Jena. Graveside services were conducted by the ministers.
Survivors are one sister, Mrs. Sallie P. Hooter of Springhill.
Pallbearers were Albert White, Jimmy Jenkins, Donnie White, Dale Mitchell, David Price, and Jimmy Price.
